Terms and Agreement

Terms of Payment
- AdOrigin Corp. DBA AdOrigin.com
- AdOrigin.com will invoice advertisers at the end of the campaign run or calendar month (whichever comes first).
- Payment is due Net-15.

Restrictions
- AdOrigin Corp. reserves the right to refuse any advertising request or to cancel the campaigns that do not fulfill the obligations set in the contract.
 

Advertising Policy
- The advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold AdOrigin Corp. harmless from and against any claims or suits based upon any aspect of theme, subject, or premise of the advertisement. This is true for all types of advertising accepted by AdOrigin Corp.
- AdOrigin.com (the network) and AdOrigin.com websites (clients/publishers) reserve the right to reject advertisements considered unacceptable. This includes specific wording, look, or any other reason they see fit.
